Ensure the Business Rule on the custom table runs on insert and update operations, checks if the entity/profile field changes, and correctly populates the EBA reference field.3. For historical data, run the EBA Bulk utility to update the EBA field for records created before the EBA configuration existed or where the EBA field was never populated.
