Initiate the Update Set Navigate to the sys_update_set table. Create a new update set and set it as Make Current. By default, the update set will be in the In Progress state. 2. Capture the Flow / Sub-flow Open the Flow or Sub-flow you want to capture. Make a small temporary change (for example, add a log statement or slightly modify the name), then Save and Publish. Revert the temporary change, then Save and Publish again to ensure a clean capture. 3. Capture Related Components Ensure that all related custom Sub-flows or Actions referenced within the Flow/Sub-flow are also captured using the same process:(make a small change → save → publish → revert → publish) 4. Complete and Export the Update Set Mark the update set as Complete. Open the update set record and select "Export to XML" from related links. 5. Import on the Target Instance On the target instance, navigate to the sys_remote_update_set table. Use "Import Update Set from XML" from the related links. Click Preview to review the changes. Click Commit to apply the update set. Following this approach helps prevent missing dependencies and avoids Flow-related errors after migrating update sets between instances.
