Inside that custom action, click Add Step and select the SFTP step (this is the item shown as available in your screenshot).3. Configure the SFTP step inputs for your target (connection details and file operation inputs as required by your design), then publish the action.4. Return to Flow Designer and add your newly published custom action to the flow. This is the point where SFTP becomes usable in Flow Designer, because Flow Designer is calling an action you built, not a raw step.
