The issue occurs because the Activity Stream in the form view was not configured to display the Additional comments field. Since this field was hidden from the Activity Stream configuration, comments were being stored but not displayed. This made it appear as though comments were not being posted. Open Affected record in native view. 2.Locate the Activity Stream section (work notes \ Comments). - If the Activity Stream is not visible: Click Configure → Form Layout. Add the field Activities (filtered) to the form. 3. In the Activity Stream, click the filter (funnel) icon. 4. Select Configure available fields. 5. Add the Additional comments field. 6. Save the configuration. 7. Reopen the CWM view. After completing these steps, comments will be visible and can be posted successfully in both CWM and the Story form view.
