Specifically, the customized widget does not contain the Angular template responsible for rendering the kb-flag-article-modal component. As a result, when users attempt to flag an article, the platform cannot locate the modal definition and displays an error instead. This issue does not occur with the Out-of-Box (OOB) Knowledge Article Content widget because the required Angular ng-templates are already included. Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } Option 1: Revert to the Out-of-Box Widget (Recommended) Open the Knowledge Management SP Configuration record.Navigate to the Widget tab.Replace the customized widget with the Out-of-Box Knowledge Article Content widget.Test the Flag Article functionality. Option 2: Add Missing Angular ng-Templates to the Custom Widget If the customized widget must be retained: Open the Out-of-Box Knowledge Article Content widget.Navigate to the Angular ng-templates related list.Export the Angular ng-templates as XML.Import the templates into the customized widget.Save the widget.Retest the Flag Article functionality. After the missing templates are added, the flagging modal should display correctly.
