Open the active UI Builder page being used on the Workspace homepage (UI Builder -> Experiences -> Service Operations Workspace -> Home -> Service desk landing page PAR SNC). 2. In the Content section (left panel), find and click on the 'Dashboard 1' module. 3. Select the 'Configure' tab (right panel). 4. Select the 'Use default redirections' checkbox. 5. Repeat these steps for each Variant of the page (as needed), accessible from the 'Service Operations Workspace' UI Builder Experience page within the 'Home' Variant (UI Builder -> Experiences -> Service Operations Workspace -> Home).
