Turn on the Now Assist Experience. Navigate to All -> Now Assist Admin -> Now Assist Experiences. If you’re already in Now Assist Admin, select the Now Assist Experiences tab. Select Now Assist panel.Enable the Now Assist panel on your instance by selecting Turn On. In the Turn on Now Assist panel dialog box, select Turn on. 2. Enable the Now Assist Panel - Platform (default) assistant by adding a Display experience for it. Navigate to the Assistant Designer.Edit the Now Assist Panel - Platform (default) assistant.Navigate to Settings -> Display experiences.Click Add ServiceNow platform -> Unified Navigation app shell. Save. 3. Ensure that the users who need access to the panel hold the now_assist_panel_user role.
