For example kb_feedback_task.listLocate the ACL that is failing. For example, in the following image, read access on the record/kb_feedback.reason field is restricted. Hover over the red icon to identify which part of the ACL restricts access. In this example, the script in the ACL, restricts access.Click on the ACL link to open it.Modify the ACL by the admin to grant access.
