After the upgrade, the number of active EM worker jobs in the evt_mgmt_active_job table did not match the expected count: EvtMgmtEventProcessor: Expected EM jobs({20}) is not same as actual EM jobs({26}), Stopping EM processing jobs till its fixed by Coordinator job The upgrade resulted in duplicate or stale EM job entries. The Coordinator intentionally halted all event processing as a protective measure until the job count was corrected. This re-evaluates the active job registry, cleans up stale entries, and releases the processing block: Navigate to: System Definition > Scripts - Background var coordinator = new EvtMgmtProcessCoordinator(); coordinator.process(); After executing the script, confirm event processing has resumed by monitoring the evt_mgmt_event table. Events should begin transitioning out of Ready state within a few minutes. Verification Navigate to Event Management > Events and confirm the Ready count is decreasing.Run the background script below to confirm no mismatch error is returned: var eventProcessor = new SNC.EvtMgmtEventProcessor(); eventProcessor.process(); Confirm the EvtMgmt Coordinator scheduled job is active and running on its expected interval. Additional Notes Do not attempt to bulk-reprocess the Ready events manually until the processing pipeline is confirmed healthy, as this may cause further instance strain. If the mismatch persists after running the Coordinator script, inspect the evt_mgmt_active_job table directly for duplicate records and remove stale pre-upgrade entries. This issue has been observed specifically following the Australia release upgrade. If encountered on other releases, verify the expected job count against the release notes.
