When the HTTP Method is created in a scoped application while the corresponding OAuth Application Registry record is not aligned in the Global scope, the platform cannot properly process the OAuth grant flow during the Test operation. As a result, the system fails to retrieve a new access token using the refresh token and returns: unsupported_grant_type This behavior is related to scope context during OAuth token processing in the Test framework. After recreating the HTTP Method in the Global scope, the Test operation should complete successfully without authentication errors.
