This is set directly on the BIA Template record, and it looks like the legacy template is currently in use in this environment.Ref: sn_bia_template record used on the BIAWhen the legacy template is active, configurability is limited to the impact category and rating level - there's no way to meet this requirement using the legacy assessment type. Smart assessments, however, offer a more granular level of control and would allow you to achieve the use case described (hiding additional comments). There are some additional configurations required to enable smart assessments for BIAs.
