Download this update set 'process handler for oracle management.xml' from attachment. [Note: This update set introduces a new identifier for cmdb_ci_oracle_management_agent based on 'Name' + 'Running Process Command', excluding 'running_process_key_parameters' from the identification process. This way every time the app restarts and running_process_key_parameters changes due to changed PID contained in it, it will update instead create a new one.] 2. Install the update set and rerun discovery [Attention: There's a drawback once this update set is installed, all cmdb_ci_oracle_management_agent CIs having the same Name and Running Process Command running on the same host, will be considered as duplicates in CMDB. Recommend to manually clean existing duplicates in the cmdb_ci_oracle_management_agent table (delete_oracle_management_agent_background_script.txt), or you could remove all CIs from cmdb_ci_oracle_management_agent table before installing the update set and running discovery again, or after installing the update set, use your favorite method for managing duplicates (for example CMDB Workspace) to clear them].
