Most Probable Cause: The following roles are required to access the Change Management endpoints: DELETE: change_manager or admin GET: change_manager, itil, sn_change_read, or admin PATCH/POST: change_manager, itil, or admin

Solution Proposed: After providing the change_manager role to the user, the issue was solved.
