The discrepancy arises due to custom ACLs in the affected instance that grant users the ability to edit the 'result' field in the "sn_test_management_test_result " table, unlike the OOB behavior (where only admin users can perform this action and for rest it's ReadOnly). This customization causes the test case result to not update to 'Pass' as expected.
