Check if the given Tag policy is configured with 'run as' a user who is inactive and locked out. Go to list view of the Tag Policies (sn_itom_tag_policy_list.do) and check the run as user field. Verify whether the user provided is inactive and locked out. 2. If the user is inactive or locked out then update the 'run as' user for the given Tag policy to an active user. 3. Execute the scheduled job " Tag Health Population Job" Verify that the dashboard now displays results for the given Tag policy. Below are scheduled job and business rule which will populate the tables "sn_itom_tag_health_listing" and "sn_itom_tag_policy_run_listing". Verify whether the data is populated into these tables.
