Example STR's: Open an existing ProjectGo to the Assessment Instances tab, click on an assessment numberClick View Users Response and nothing is displayed.Note that no questions are displayed under Assessment Instance Questions CAUSE: It was found the related questions had been deleted from the system and the reporting user in the case was unaware that this had happened. RESOLUTION: Importing the questions from a working system into the affected system restored functionality.
