That being said, you can enable this functionality on this form tab by following the process below: 1. Navigate to the SRP Record page in the UI Builder (UI Builder -> Experiences -> Service Operations Workspace -> SRP Record page) 2. Click the Details tab on the page preview in the middle of the page 3. On the Content list on the left side of the page, select the "Activity Stream Compose" component 4. On the component configuration on the right side of the page, under the Advanced section, switch the "Show email mini compose" value to "Always" 5. Save the record
