The reason for this is related to the architectural changes that were made in the 30.0 and newer versions of this plugin/app -- these are described here (https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-security-management/page/product/security-exposure-management-workspace/concept/unified-security-exposure-management-landing-page.html): in short there are many dependencies that are upgraded as part of the install for version 30.0 and these would be difficult if not near impossible to revert back to their older versions. As a result, the best method / option to get access to the older version of the app/plugin is to clone over your affected instance with a sub-prod instance that does not have version 30.0 installed. Restore from backup may also be an option but comes with the important caveat that some data loss may occur depending on how old the backup is.
