Check to make sure the account set as the "run as" user for the policy job has the same permissions and table access as the author of the policy, since preview numbers are currently based on the policy author (current session user) and not the designated scheduled job runner from the policy, unless those two are the same account 2. Recommendation is to create policies in the CMDB workspace application scope, as some settings are only available there. 3. If editing a policy authored before v7.6 of the CMDB workspace plugin, ensure the author is part of the job runner group to resolve any issues with the 'run as' dropdown.
