In other words, they are counted towards the license. 2) Also transactions using Import Sets and Scheduled Data Sources will count towards IntegrationHub Usage? The transactions using Import Sets and Scheduled Data Sources don't count towards IntegrationHub Usage. In other words, they are consider as Platform transactions don't counted towards the license.
