This mismatch between the ACL requirements (SNC_External) and the user's role (SNC_Internal) triggered the "User Not Authorized" error. The ACL role is removed part of product defect. Two reasons behind it. Initially when Explicit Roles plugin was enabled it added that role automatically. Just adding "snc_internal" role to all the ACLs gave more privilege to lot of users as every user will have that role by default. That resulted in an Major security issue. Hence a directive was run to remove snc_internal roles from ACLs.This is executed part of PRB# PRB1828688 Many ACLs were found to have the snc_internal role along with a more restrictive role (Like admin, itil etc.) and hence provide excessive access to a least privileged internal user (i.e. a user with just snc_internal role). >>We remove snc_internal ACL role only if its customization is not recorded in Customer Update (sys_update_xml) table.
