As a result, the email compose component does not reset its internal state, and tab switching within the workspace does not trigger the required cleanup. This issue is specific to CSM Configurable Workspace and does not occur in the classic UI.The issue is consistently reproducible in Zurich Patch 4 and Patch 5, including OOTB instances, and is not related to customer customizations. A full page refresh forces component reinitialization, which clears the compose section.
