Steps to create a new notification: 1. Go to System Notification > Email > Notifications and open the default email notification that you want to cusomtize. 2. Right-click on the header of the record and from the items listed select "Insert and Stay" to create a copy. 3. Name the new one and edit it as required, and save it. 4. Deactivate the original email notification.
