Set the property to true to allow non-admin users with the impersonator role to impersonate users. true → non-admins can impersonate false → only admins can impersonate (Zurich default in some upgrades) Step 2: Identify and Remove Orphaned Role Records 1. Log in as an admin. 2. Navigate to /impersonate_dialog.do and open the user lookup. 3. Copy the URL for comparison. 4. Repeat the lookup as a non-admin user. 5. If the URLs differ, orphaned sys_user_has_role entries may exist. 6. Search the sys_user_has_role table for entries where: • User is empty/null • Role is admin 7. Delete any orphaned records. Result:After performing these steps, non-admin users with the impersonator role should regain full impersonation functionality.
