If you wish to enable this for other tables you would need to 1. Navigate to "Now Experience Framework" -> "UI Builder" 2. In the "Experience" tab, select "CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace" 3. Under the "Record" section, select "CMS default record page" 4. Once record opens, select "settings" at the top middle section of the page and create a "Duplicate" 5. On the "Variant" page, ensure to add a condition for the specific table you want the records to show this option. 6. Open the new record and select "Editor" from the top middle section. 7. On the left pane, select "Activity Stream Compose" 8. On the right pane, ensure you see "Activity Stream Compose" and under the "Configure" tab expand the "Advanced" section. 9. Once "Advanced" is expanded, hoover over "Show email mini compose" and click on the pencil icon and select "use static input" 10. Select "Always" 11. Click "Save" on upper right corner. 12. In the top middle section, go back into "Settings" and ensure this record is 'active' 13.
