The user must have the Push delivery channel enabled in their notification preferences.2. The push notification must be registered in the sys_push_notif_default_reg table.3. The "Last Registered On" field in the sys_push_notif_app_install table must be updated to the current date and time for each of the user’s active tokens. 4. At last, make sure the 'cmn_notif_message' record is created for the new notification If these steps are followed correctly at the time of push notification creation, then it will be automatically enabled for intended users.
