This is expected behaviour by the platform because related lists can contain more than one "current" record so the condition defaults to true. When the Related List UI action is clicked, then the condition is evaluated and if it does not pass then you see the message "Action Not Authorized". You can open the form via the platform view:Eg. https://instance.servicenow.com/YYYYYYY.do?sys_id=XXXXXXXYYYYYYY = table name (ie incident)XXXXXXX = sys_id of the record that contains the related list 2. Change to correct form view if needed. 3. Scroll to the related list. 4. Right click the Related List Condition and then click "Open new window" 5.
