In Zurich, it is clarified error messages with more actionable feedback, and made distinctions between the messages seen by regular users and the ones seen by administrators. If a regular user does not see data in a chart, then it suggests contacting the administrator as it assume seeing data is expected. After all, a visualization without data is not very useful and administrators should rethink whether that makes sense. Additionally, it is possible to add a custom "No Data" Message in the visualization configuration. So if you believe the message should not be shown like this (i.e. if you believe seeing no data is normal and expected for certain visualizations) you can opt to configure your own No Data message in the visualization configuration. To customise the "no data" message Go to data visualisation from filter navigatorselect dashboard record In the configuration "Info message"Check the checkbox "set custom message to no data"and set the required custom message as per your requirement and save it
