The new order is not remembered after saving and activating, though it may hold the correct order after 2/3 attempts. Additionally, moving a Playbook between instances results in the ordering being lost, even if it appears correct in the lower instance. The issue is observed when copying a description from one form to another, with no observed pattern to the loss of ordering.
