The reason for this difference is that the two interfaces are built on different underlying technologies and design principles: Native / Classic UI:The record header is constructed using a combination of the table label + record display value. Hence, incident records appear as "Incident INCxxxx". Service Operations Workspace (SOW):The workspace experience displays only the record's display value in the header, without prefixing it with the table name. As a result, the same record appears as "INCxxxx". The record header display is dependent on column being marked for display as true.
