ServiceNow OOTB Dell EMC PowerMax storage discovery with Patterns doesn't support higher API versions such as 10.1 and 10.2 Description ServiceNow OOTB Dell EMC PowerMax storage discovery with Patterns only supports PMAX API versions 9.X and 10.0. It doesn't support higher API versions such as 10.1 and 10.2.

If v10 API version is being used, which is documented as supported, you will see this (false) error:

Pattern exit because Graceful Termination, reason: Api Version Is Not Supported Failed Condition(s): [(${UniSphereVersion} : value=not supported) NOT CONTAINS "not supported"]

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup and and run Dell EMC PowerMax storage discovery targeting an upgraded environment, which only supports higher API versions such as 10.1 or 10.2

2. Observe in the Discovery Logs "Api Version Is Not Supported , Pattern name: EMC PMAX Phase1"

Workaround This problem has been fixed, in Discovery and Service Mapping v1.29.0 and later. If an upgrade is possible, please refer to the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix that the instance can be upgraded to.
