If the customer is not using an external JRE Follow these steps to replace the bundled JRE with an updated one: 1.) Copy the existing cacerts file from: <install directory>/agent/jre/lib/security/cacerts 2.) Save it to the Desktop for later use. 3.) Navigate to MID Server > Downloads on the instance. 4.) Check the box “Download MID Server as ZIP archive” and download the appropriate ZIP package. 5.) Extract the ZIP package and copy out the jre folder located inside the agent directory. 6.) Stop the MID Server service. 7.) Replace the current jre folder in the MID Server installation directory with the newly extracted jre folder. 8.) Replace the cacerts file in '/jre/lib/security/' with the previously copied file from Step 1. 9.) Start the MID Server service. Result:The MID Server autoupgrade should now complete successfully without the JRE-related error.
