Identify and go to the reference type variable within the catalog item where you want to add more fields; this variable typically links to a reference table that holds the data you want to extend. 5. Click on the search icon, often represented by a magnifying glass, which will open a pop-up window displaying the reference table associated with that variable. 6. In the pop-up window, locate the column header area where you will see three vertical dots (also known as the kebab menu). Click on these dots to open a menu, then select 'Configure' > 'List Layout'. Here, you can add the specific fields you want to appear in the lookup window by selecting them from the available options. After making your selections, be sure to save your changes to apply the new layout. 7. Once saved, when you click on the search icon for the lookup type variable again, you will now see the additional fields you have just added displayed in the lookup window, enhancing the information available for selection.
