Problem is only reproducible in Zurich+ instances.Steps to Reproduce Using iPhone go to Now Mobile App and connect to a Zurich or later family release instanceWitness screen loads slowly initially and is non responsiveWorkaroundResolution The issue is specific to iOS version 26.2, affecting login functionality in both Now Mobile and Agent apps.ServiceNow confirms the problem is with the authentication login web page loading on iOS 26.2; it does not occur on Android or iOS 26.3 beta.Workaround is suggested by setting the system property glide.ui.polaris.login.show_illustrations to false, which resolves the login issue.iOS 26.3 (tested as 26.3b) resolves the issue without the need of setting the property and is expected to be released by end of January 2026.Related Problem: PRB1969882
