Remove existing favorites for specific Record Producers (optional cleanup) Navigate to Portal Favorites (/sp_favorite_list.do).Filter the Reference document to the affected Record Producer(s).Delete the matching sp_favorite records. Note: Selectively blocking favorites for individual Record Producers is not supported by the system default configuration and would require custom widget logic.
