Open the UI Action record: https://<baseURL>/sys_ui_action.do?sys_id=bbddb6bbc0a8016400c56236de22441a Locate the field “Workspace Form Button”.Set Workspace Form Button = OFF.Save the record. This will remove the Close button from the Workspace UI while keeping its behavior unchanged in Core UI (if applicable).
