Virtual Agent avatars are defined at the experience/channel level (Web, Mobile, MS Teams/Slack) and are global, not topic-specific. 3. Topic execution does not expose an API or property to switch avatars mid-conversation. 4. Avatar switching is hard-coded only for Live Agent takeover. 5. Therefore, there is no supported way to display different avatars for different topics (e.g., 'If Topic A → show Avatar A, Topic B → show Avatar B').
