When you run in response to a security incident, the command is succeeding with 200-OK however, the response will be blank Current Behavior: When running REST API(Ex: api/now/table/sn_si_incident) with GET method , there is no response with status 200.Ex : Response {"result":[]} Actual Behavior: When running REST API(Ex: api/now/table/sn_si_incident) with GET method , there should be response with status 200 to get the record.Ex: Response {result":[{"sys_id":"060dff831b43b810xxxxxx"}]} Note that the user has right read ACL, so the person is able to see the correct record in sn_si_incident via UI page.
