SAM PRO DATA IS NOT LOADING Issue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } ProblemSince the upgrade, the data on the usage tab in SAM Pro isn't populating. It'll flash the 46 publishers briefly when opening it, but quickly says there are no publishers available and to contact the ServiceNow administrator. The issue was previously resolved but has recurred. Steps to reproduce include navigating to Software Asset Workspace, clicking on License Usage, and observing that unpinned publishers data is not loading. The customer had a customization on the sys_user table where the domain field referenced sys_user_group instead of sys_domain, breaking OOTB expected behavior. 2. The sys_domain field on affected users was set to a custom 'GLOBAL' value (incorrectly capitalized) instead of the default 'global' or a valid sys_domain, causing the UI to fail displaying publisher data. Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } Steps to Resolve1. Manually reset the sys_domain field on affected user records (e.g., Laura Jenkins, Erik Irani) to 'global' (lowercase) to align with expected OOTB behavior. 2. Verify if additional SAM users/admins require similar sys_domain adjustments. 3. Recommend installing the Domain Support plugin if customizations persist, as it is required for proper domain functionality. 4. Note that customizations referencing sys_user_group instead of sys_domain in the sys_user table may require re-evaluation of the sys_user/domain relationship to restore OOTB functionality.
