Step 4: Verify the fix Navigate to Reports > Create New or open the Indicator Source form and confirm cmdb_ci (Configuration Item) now appears in the data source list. Important Notes If your instance has other customizations on the cmdb_ci dictionary record, review them before reverting to avoid unintended changes.This issue can recur if the sys_dictionary record is modified again during customization or upgrade activities.
