Step 2: Open each contributing indicator and enable the "Collect Breakdown Matrix" option. This allows the indicator to collect data across multiple breakdown levels simultaneously. Step 3: Choose one of the following options to repopulate the data: Option A — Fix historical data: Run the Historical Data Collection Job for the contributing indicators. ⚠️ Important: Running the historical data collection job overwrites all previously collected historical data with the latest data from the instance. Please proceed with caution. Option B — Preserve historical data: If you do not want to overwrite historical data, run the Daily Data Collection Job instead. This will collect data going forward without affecting past records. Step 4: Once the data collection job completes, navigate back to the Platform Analytics visualization and verify that both breakdown filters can now be applied simultaneously.
