This enhanced org chart provides an improved UI and additional configuration options compared to the legacy org chart from the Content Publishing application. To enable it, administrators must install the Employee Profile plugin (v5.0.1), opt in to the Employee Profile, activate the Organization Chart viewer, configure eligible users and employee card settings, and ensure scheduled jobs are run to populate report counts. Once enabled, all legacy org chart links automatically redirect to the new Organization Chart experience.
