Duplicate variant Operation is not working in UI Builder - Support and Troubleshooting

Duplicate variant Operation is not working in UI Builder Issue On the record information when trying to create duplicate variant, page is not loading and unable to create any operations

Steps to reproduce

1-> Go to UI Builder 2-> Goto Experiences -> Service Operations Workspace. 3-> Under Record click on SRP Record -> Content -> right -> tab side bar, on the right side menu, see the page collection tab, click on subpages 4-> In the pop-up select record information snc under Record Information, this will open new page. 5-> In hamburger menu select duplicate variant, normally it will open pop-up but it is not working.

Release Generic

Cause 1. Plugins are not update 2. Out-of-the-box (OOTB) Versions were customized

Resolution Steps to resolve

1. Go to system definition > Plugins 2. Search by UI Builder 3. Upgrade all the plugins 4. After that is done, search again by service operations workspace and update all those plugins as well 5. Go to sys_ux_app_route.list 6. For the custom entries, review what records do not value on screen collection field 7. Revert those entries to the OOTB version
