The Disable multi-factor authentication button does not appear if the user matches any condition in the MFA Context Enforce MFA for non-SSO logins — this is expected behaviour, as those users are required to set up MFA. 1. Navigate to the user profile page.2. Select "Configure Multi-factor Authentication". Added context from ServiceNow docs: The Multi-Factor Authentication option is only visible when MFA is active for the user and the user is not impersonating another account. Note: When the button is selected, the record for the user in `user_multifactor_auth` is removed and the Enable Multifactor Authentication field on the user record in `sys_user` is set to `false`. However, if the user matches any condition in the MFA Context "Enforce MFA for non-SSO logins", the button won't appear. This is as expected, as the user is mandated to setup the MFA.
