Navigate to the user profile page > Configure Multi-factor Authentication, and hit "Disable multi-factor authentication" button. By hitting this button, the record for the user in "user_multifactor_auth" is removed and the "Enable Multifactor Authentication" field of the user in sys_user is also set to "false". However, if the user matches any condition in the MFA Context "Enforce MFA for non-SSO logins", the button won't appear. This is as expected, as the user is mandated to setup the MFA.
