This will make it easy to control the display of actions in the layout including order, visibility, and color treatment. After merging, actions will no longer automatically be inherited and new global actions will need to be manually added to the layout. This cannot be undone." What is the Unify actions and what is it for? This UI action will take all the global ui actions and global declarative actions and unify them into UX form actions layout item record which allows for easier modificiation of ordering the buttons, changing the icons, enabling and disabling via the active field and changing the display type. This can all be done from the related list itself. A note before executing the "Unify Actions" Once the layout is unified, any new global actions that are added must be manually associated to the layout by clicking the "Edit button" on the UX Form Action Layout Items related list. This is something that needs to be noted going forward on any UX Form Actions Layout that has been unified. Can this change be undone? No once the UX Form action layout has been unified, it cannot be reversed. How do I know if a UX Form action records has been unified? Go to the sys_ux_form_action_layout_list.do table and create a filter for "Use Layout items only" = true
