The page refreshes, but the new old value is still displayed, along with that values data in the details. CAUSE: PRB1968771 has been identified. There is a race condition where SAFe Board is fetching data before the newly selected Program Increment is updated RESOLUTION: Provide the attachments on the PRB record to the customer. Test in a sub-prod environment first before proceeding to Production instances. The workaround adds a 3 second delay, and the users may notice some affect on performance.
