This is the expected and default behavior, designed to provide flexibility to include or exclude specific members or groups for selected meetings as needed. In this scenario, the "Refresh CAB meetings" action preserves all manual configurations on the meetings and updates only the meeting start and end times based on the defined schedules. 2) Manually created CAB meetings allow users to configure all field values according to their requirements. The CAB definition field is automatically populated only to indicate the source or reason for the meeting’s creation. Field values are inherited from the CAB definition exclusively for meetings that are automatically created from the definition. Click Save. Select the “Refresh CAB meetings” related link. The update logic is executed by the CABMeetingSNC script include (refer to approximately line 1450 in the script). Important note:The “Refresh CAB meetings” action will not propagate field values to meetings created from the CAB definition unless at least one field in the CAB definition has been modified and saved. Simply clicking the related link without making a change will have no effect.
