Confirm its visibility is set to Service Operations Workspace. This dashboard is used on the landing page for Tier 1 agents (variant — Service desk landing page PAR SNC). Click Share and assign roles (e.g., itil).Duplicate the SOW variant Service desk landing page PAR SNC. Refer to the documentation below. Create a copy of the Service Operations Workspace landing page Open the Settings tab of the copied variant and adjust Order and Audience. Lower Order values are prioritized.Go to the Editor tab → Data resources → Dashboard controller 1. Set dashboardSysId to the new dashboard’s sys_id and save.From the top-left menu, click Clear UI Builder cache.Use Preview to validate the configuration.Log in as a user with access to the new variant and confirm the dashboard displays correctly.
