1. Go to portal 2. Create a request 'New Hire Equipment Selection' 3. Press the 'Modify Personal Data' button on the form 4. Nothing happens

Cause Root Cause The issue is caused by a customization in place. the 'Modify Personal Data' was a customization calling a custom UI macro.

Resolution Steps to Resolve 1. As that is a customization, we recommended to disable the custom or review/fix the custom code to avoid any issue on the portal
