Follow the below steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to AI Control tower Workspace

2. Click on AI Assets.

3. Check display name on AI Systems is empty.

4. Same for AI Models, Prompts. Some records have visible display names, but most do not.

This issue is seen mostly for OOB records.
